My name is Ida and I am a yoga teacher. Movement and physical expression have always been important to me – it is through the body that I gather energy and create space for creativity. In my teaching, I aim to create safe and inclusive yoga sessions where you can settle into yourself, curiously explore both body and mind, and find stillness in simply being. My classes range from calm yin to more dynamic yoga and movement meditation.
